🚫 When a Notary Must Refuse Service
No Personal Appearance: The signer must appear in person for any notarization.
Missing or Invalid ID: A valid, government-issued photo ID is required.
Conflict of Interest: We cannot notarize for immediate family or if we are a party to the transaction.
Incomplete Documents: Documents must be complete before notarization.
Language Barriers: We must be able to communicate directly with the signer.
